At Parkview Residential Home, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support. We value all feedback from residents, relatives, representatives and visitors, as it helps us improve our services and ensure residents feel safe, respected and listened to. You have the right to raise a concern, make a complaint or give a compliment without fear of discrimination, unfair treatment or any impact on the care you receive.
If You Have a Concern
Many concerns can often be resolved quickly and informally by speaking to: A member of staff, Your Key Worker, The Senior Staff in Charge or The Registered Manager. We encourage residents and families to raise concerns as soon as possible so that we can work together to resolve them promptly.
